What we need to get the webpage designed
Email Xdev solutions
(through our contact page) the following:
- A brief description of yourselves and your group/business.
- The name (domain name) you want for your website.
- Graphics of your group/business – images, pictures, logo, designs or if none yet instructions for their
design plus colors to use. - Marketing thrust – slogans, plus the reasons why the viewer of your webpage would want to.
- To be part of your organization or use your product.
- Content – wordings to be used in the webpage.
- Structure – number of subpages in the webpage.
After you e-mail the things you want in your
webpage
The Xdev solutions Web page design team under its division manager, Mr. Larry Sabino will immediately meet
and design your webpage.
The initial design shall be finished within 4 days.
The Xdev solutions team
shall meet with you (at our office or your place of convenience) to discuss the improvements and changes to your
webpage.
After the improvements have been agreed upon a pro forma web design agreement shall be signed between us and your
group/company.
A 50% downpayment shall then be required. Once the webpage has been revised as directed by
your group/company, the webpage shall be uploaded to the Xdev Solution webserver for viewing (within 3 days).
Final changes if any shall be made (within 2 days).
Once approved by the client, the webpage shall be
uploaded and made available for public viewing in the internet (one day).
The balance of 50% shall then be
paid to Xdev Solutions.
From start to finish your webpage should be up and running within 10 days!
